In 2000, Huali was founded and began to focus on real estate development and management. It established Anhui Huali Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "Huali Real Estate"), which has repeatedly won awards such as "Integrity and Law-abiding Enterprise" and has been selected as a member unit of the Hefei Financing Guarantee Industry Association. Over the course of 21 years of development, its footprint has spread across Anhui Province. Currently, it has developed more than 30 projects with a total construction area exceeding 2 million square meters, and has approximately 1 million square meters of land reserves awaiting development. It is ranked among the top ten real estate enterprises in Anhui Province.
