In order to further promote the smooth achievement of the annual goals of the group company, facilitate the leapfrog development of the group company, improve management effectiveness, and enhance market competitiveness, the group company held a learning, training, and sharing session on the "Excellence Performance Evaluation Standards" on March 19th. Group executives, center heads, subsidiary (branch) company management personnel, and related business department related personnel attended. This training invited experts in the interpretation of the Guidelines to give lectures.

Introducing the excellent performance model is a good way for various enterprises to become "century old stores", as well as to better identify their own advantages and improvement opportunities. At the training session, the lecturer introduced the concepts, characteristics, and directions of the application and selection of national, provincial, and municipal quality awards in recent years. They provided an easy to understand interpretation of the criteria and implementation guidelines for excellent performance evaluation, and gave special guidance on how Zhong'an Huali Construction Group can implement the excellent performance evaluation model in conjunction with its own development reality. At the end of the lecture, experts will also introduce the methods, steps, and procedures of the excellent performance model for interactive communication and experience sharing with everyone. After a day of teaching and training, the trainees have gained a deeper understanding of the "Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria" based on their practical work, further laying the theoretical foundation for introducing the excellent performance model.
After the training meeting, the leaders of the group company unanimously believed that implementing the excellent performance management model can cultivate a group of talents with a modern enterprise scientific and systematic management perspective and level, accurately discover opportunities for improvement and optimization of the company's own management, and stand invincible in the current fiercely competitive market environment.
