Spring is just right, and construction is in full swing. Recently, the main structure of the expansion project of Hefei No.45 Middle School Linghu Branch (formerly the Industrial Zone Branch), undertaken by Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, has been fully capped, marking the official entry of the project into a new stage of decoration and supporting construction, laying a solid foundation for the expansion and upgrading of high-quality educational resources in Luyang District. It is reported that the expansion project of Linghu Branch of Hefei No.45 Middle School is a key livelihood project in Luyang District, aiming to optimize the regional education layout, improve the quality of education, and effectively solve the livelihood needs of surrounding people to "attend good schools nearby".

Entering the project construction site, a lively construction scene greets you. The tower crane hangs high and the machinery roars, and the workers carry out subsequent operations such as wall masonry and pipeline laying in an orderly manner. Each process embodies the ingenuity and perseverance of the builders. The new construction area of the project is approximately 19398.83 square meters, including approximately 14949.2 square meters above ground and approximately 4449.63 square meters underground. At the same time, decoration and renovation will be carried out on the wind and rain playground and cafeteria, with a renovation area of approximately 4856 square meters. The construction content covers multiple functional areas such as teaching buildings, experimental comprehensive buildings, canteens, and activity centers. After completion, the campus infrastructure will be further improved, the scale of education will be expanded, and the carrying capacity of education will be enhanced.

As of now, the project construction is progressing smoothly: the main structure has been fully capped, and 90% of the wall masonry and secondary structure have been completed, officially entering the decoration and renovation stage; 60% of the construction of the outdoor rainwater and sewage pipeline network has been completed, and 90% of the construction of the sports field, basketball court, and volleyball court has been completed. All processes are orderly connected and steadily progressing. Of particular note is the synchronous promotion of AI sports stadium construction in the project, which will create a modern sports space integrating scientific training, physical fitness monitoring, and safety management through intelligent monitoring, sports data analysis, smart security and other systems. It will be deeply integrated with the school's smart teaching system, providing more accurate and efficient sports and health services for teachers and students.

Zhong'an Huali will continue to strictly control the quality, safety, and progress of the project, refine the construction plan, strengthen on-site management, and make every effort to promote subsequent construction tasks, striving for the early completion and commissioning of the project. The project is scheduled to be delivered before September 2026, at which time a brand new campus integrating traditional educational heritage and modern technological wisdom will officially debut, giving back the trust and expectations of all sectors of society with high-quality engineering!
