On April 14th, Huang Hui, President of Hefei Design and Research Institute of Coal Industry, and his delegation visited Huali for exchange and discussion. Both parties exchanged views on topics such as design and construction integration, EPC project collaboration, and overseas business expansion. Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huali Holdings, Chang Qiancang, and Assistant to the President, Fu Zhaoyu, participated in the exchange and discussion.

Huang Hui and his delegation first visited the Party building culture exhibition hall of Huali, and he expressed appreciation for Huali's Party building achievements and international exploration. At the meeting, Huang Hui shared methods for improving overall project performance in complex engineering environments, as well as practices and reflections on promoting integrated design and construction, optimizing EPC project management, and expanding international business processes, based on practical cases of the research institute in EPC project operation, design and construction integration, and overseas projects. He pointed out that Huali has accumulated rich experience in overseas project implementation and localized management, especially in the process from "borrowing ships to go abroad" to "building ships to go abroad", demonstrating strategic determination and execution ability, which is worth learning from the research institute. 

Changqian Warehouse welcomed the visit of Huang Hui and his delegation, and introduced Huali's practical achievements in construction general contracting, EPC mode application, and overseas market expansion in recent years. He stated that as a well-known comprehensive design unit in the province, the Coal Industry Hefei Design and Research Institute has long been deeply involved in various fields such as coal and civil construction, possessing strong technical strength and rich engineering experience. It is an important learning object for Huali in the coordination of design and construction. He hopes to take this exchange as an opportunity to further promote deep cooperation between the two sides in design, construction, EPC, and overseas business, and achieve complementary advantages and win-win development.

The atmosphere of this exchange and discussion was lively and the content was practical. Both parties agree that in the face of current industry transformation and internationalization challenges, there is a need to strengthen resource integration and professional collaboration between state-owned and private enterprises. In the future, both parties will promote pragmatic cooperation around the integration of design and construction, joint development of EPC projects, and information sharing in overseas markets, to help both parties achieve higher quality development.
