On May 8, the 2026 One‑on‑One Expert Guidance Event for Prefabricated Buildings and the launch meeting for the Research Project on Standardization of Prefabricated Residential Buildings, hosted by the Hefei Green and Intelligent Building Development Center, was successfully convened at the Hefei Rail Transit TOD Binke City Plot BK202404 constructed by our Group. Liu Yong, Director of the Hefei Green and Intelligent Building Development Center, attended and addressed the meeting, Qin Jiezhu, Deputy Director of the Center, presided over the event, and Wei Shiquan, Chief Engineer of the Group, participated.

The meeting outlined the annual work plan for the 2026 One‑on‑One Expert Guidance program for prefabricated buildings across Hefei, and officially kicked off the Research Project on Standardization of Prefabricated Residential Buildings. Centered on the Binke City Plot BK202404 undertaken by the Group, the project targets bottlenecks hindering the development of the prefabricated residential building sector. Adhering to the core principles of “standardized house types” and “fewer specifications with more combinations”, it aims to develop a standardization system for prefabricated residential buildings tailored to Hefei’s regional characteristics. The system will streamline full‑process coordination between front‑end design and back‑end component production, addressing low‑efficiency collaboration issues in the industry.

As the core implementation carrier of the research project, the Hefei Rail Transit TOD Binke City Plot BK202404 built by Zhong’an Huali strictly follows the integrated philosophy of “design, fabrication and assembly”, with standardized house type design fully adopted. Covering a total construction area of 107,014.88 square meters, the project consists of 9 high‑rise residential buildings ranging from 18 to 23 floors, featuring 718 standardized residential units. It adopts an assembled monolithic shear wall system with a prefabrication rate of 50%, providing solid practical support for the research project.

During the meeting, the project team roster was officially released, expert panel members were elected, and the project outline and implementation plan were reviewed and unanimously approved, clarifying technical approaches, key tasks and work requirements for the research. The project assembles a professional implementation team integrating developers, designers, constructors and component manufacturers, with leading industry experts engaged for whole‑process guidance and quality control. It will ultimately deliver replicable and promotable standardization models for prefabricated residential buildings, fueling high‑quality development of construction industrialization in Hefei.
