近日，肥东县建筑领域维护农民工权益办公室发来嘉奖函，对华力集团承建的蓝光时代公园项目在农民工维权工作中做出的突出成绩、为省市“两会”和2019年元旦、春节社会稳定做出的杰出贡献予以嘉奖。近年来，华力集团积极落实住建部及省、市建设主管部门的文件精神，高度重视劳务队伍管理，坚持“民工冷暖挂心头，民工利益无小事”，不断加大工作力度，切实关心关爱农民工，积极解决涉及农民工工资问题，坚决维护农民工合法权益。不仅如此，还参加了合肥市城乡建设局春节期间组织开展的“城建匠人行，温暖回家路”暖冬在行动公益活动，受到“社会责任突出贡献企业”表彰。蓝光时代公园项目自建设以来，按照肥东县住建局和有关部门的统一部署，积极完善管理体系，不断强化农民工工资支付管理工作，配备劳资专员，加强农民工培训、合同及实名制管理，定期进行农民工工资发放公示，接受互相监督，避免了有账算不清、相互扯皮推诿现象，项目建设至今没有发生一起农民工工资上访事件，为肥东县社会稳定做出了杰出贡献。
