On the morning of March 6th, a team of inspection members from the Huaiyuan County Key Project Administration and the project tracking and auditing unit conducted a monthly (third and fourth phase) assessment of the PPP project for the Huaiyuan No.1 Middle School Huai West Campus, which was undertaken by our group. The rating result was "excellent".

Before the assessment, the project department comprehensively prepared for the inspection in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the "Huaiyuan No.1 Middle School PPP Project Contract". During the assessment, the relevant project leaders provided a detailed report to the inspection team on the project overview, progress, subsequent work arrangements, and schedule plans. After listening to the report, the inspection team assessed the entire construction process of the project and the performance of project management personnel in their duties, focusing on four aspects: project construction quality, progress, safe construction, civilized management, and archive management. They also conducted an on-site inspection of the project construction site layout, civilized construction practices, dust control measures, and safety protection facility settings. After the final evaluation and scoring, it was determined that the rating result of the Huaiyuan No.1 Middle School HuaiXi Campus PPP Project was "Excellent".

Huaiyuan No.1 Middle School is a prestigious school in northern Anhui, and its Huaixi campus is a project focused on education and people's livelihood, attracting widespread attention from all sectors. The total construction area of this project is over 130,000 square meters, and the project content covers multiple disciplines such as civil engineering, installation, decoration, outdoor drainage, and landscape greening. The contract amount is over 400 million yuan. The difficulties of this project lie in its large scale, numerous individual buildings, tight schedule, heavy tasks, and numerous sub-projects, which require coordinated operations among various disciplines. As the general contractor, Huali has been actively allocating high-quality resources since the construction of the project began, with the goal of creating a high-quality project. It has made every effort to strengthen management in terms of quality, safety, and progress, overcome numerous difficulties, and ensure that the project progresses on schedule.
