On the morning of March 19th, the Third Session of the Third Council of Shucheng County Enterprise Federation, along with the Enterprise Development Exchange and Training Meeting, was held at Shucheng Rural Commercial Bank. The meeting summarized the work of the Enterprise Federation in 2025 and arranged and deployed the main tasks for 2026. County leaders Zhang Hui, Li Jiaxiang, Xu Kesheng, and others attended the meeting.

Chang Qiancang, the president of the County Enterprise Confederation, delivered a work report. He first summarized the work of the County Enterprise Confederation in 2025, and outlined the work tasks for 2026, focusing on five aspects: always adhering to the leadership of the Party, always persisting in political learning, always upholding integrity and responsibility, always conducting research, and always attaching importance to self-construction. At the same time, he introduced to the participating entrepreneurs how Huali achieved high-quality development through "turning over and breaking the deadlock" during the transformation and upgrading stage.

Zhao Congsheng, Chairman of Shucheng Shenggui Food Co., Ltd., Du Ping, General Manager and Secretary of the Party Branch of Anhui Lvron Hongmao Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Wang Liangcheng, General Manager of Anhui Yuedao Food Co., Ltd., Yuan Feng, General Manager of Anhui Dingfeng Steel Structure Technology Co., Ltd., and Yang Xinglong, General Manager of Anhui Jiebu Industrial Co., Ltd., respectively made exchange speeches.

Zhang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee, required that the County Enterprise Federation should precisely position itself and fully leverage its "three major roles" as a bond between government and enterprises, a platform for enhancing entrepreneurs' qualities, and a bridge for enterprise learning and exchange, serving as a good advisor and assistant to the government and a worry-free steward for enterprises. The vast number of enterprises should delve deeply and meticulously, focusing on "three aspects" of cluster scale, innovative development, and brand development, to enhance industrial agglomeration, core competitiveness, and brand influence. Entrepreneurs should bravely take on their mission and strive to accomplish "four undertakings": aspiring to create great achievements with lofty ambitions, steadfastly pursuing and deepening their main business, forging ahead with determination to innovate, and showing gratitude to society by contributing to their hometown. County-level units should take the initiative and fully implement "four guarantees" of strengthening policy implementation, optimizing government services, solving development problems, and creating a good environment, to escort the development of enterprises.
