On the morning of March 19th, Huali Real Estate Group organized the signing event for the 2026 annual management target responsibility agreement. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Real Estate Group, Wang Kun, the General Manager, Li Yuanzhong, as well as the heads of the water conservancy company, property management company, development projects, and relevant departments.

At the signing ceremony, the CPC Huali Real Estate Branch signed the annual party building work target responsibility agreement with the temporary party branch of the Nangang River Comprehensive Treatment Project Department; the real estate group signed the 2026 annual operation and management target responsibility agreement with the water conservancy company, property management company, Junyuefu project, and the remaining projects. The signing units stated that they would take the signed target responsibility agreement as the guiding principle for action, adhere to a pragmatic and rigorous work style, solidly promote the construction of key projects, and fully ensure that all work is promoted in an orderly manner with quality and speed improved, so as to ensure the successful completion of all 2026 annual operation and management target tasks.

General Manager Li Yuanzhong required that the water conservancy company should strive to break through operational bottlenecks and promote high-quality development; the property management company should dare to tackle difficulties and effectively carry out fee collection work; and the real estate company should focus on core tasks and fully promote sales and inventory reduction. He emphasized that all employees of the real estate group should take this signing as an opportunity, sprint towards the annual goals with the determination of "starting the game as a decisive battle", tackle key tasks with the collaborative determination of "clenching fingers into a fist", and ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the annual tasks with the sense of responsibility of "judging heroes by performance".

Chairman Wang Kun emphasized that all personnel should closely focus on the core indicators of annual operation and management, unite their efforts, take the initiative, and be brave in taking responsibility; they should adhere to overall planning, precise efforts, vigorous implementation, and quality and efficiency improvement, ensuring that all work deployments are implemented and yield results; they should fully integrate into the overall high-quality development of the holding company, go all out to achieve the annual goals and tasks, and contribute a solid force from the real estate sector to the transformation and development of Huali.
