On the morning of March 13th, Zhang Dingzhu, a fourth-level researcher from the Private Economic Development Bureau of the Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission, led a research team to conduct a special investigation at Zhong'an Huali Construction Group. This investigation was conducted in accordance with the unified deployment of the provincial party committee to promote the development and growth of the private economy. It aimed to understand the actual operating conditions and development bottlenecks of the enterprise, providing a reference for the introduction of more targeted policies and measures in the next step. Xu Jing, the former second-level inspector of the Provincial Higher People's Court, Zhou Yunjie from the Provincial Economic Information Center, Shen Yan, the director of the Private Economic Department (Headquarters Economic Department) of the Hefei Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Huang Chen, the third-level director, and Xie Jun, the deputy director of the Luyang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, accompanied the research team. Chang Qiancang, the party secretary and chairman of Huali Holdings, and Mei Shengtao, the party secretary and chairman of the Construction Group, warmly received the research team.

At the symposium, Gu Liping, Vice President of the Construction Group, gave a report on the current business status, progress of ongoing projects, and external market environment. He also reflected on the practical difficulties faced by enterprises in project advancement and capital turnover under the current complex economic situation, expressing his urgent expectation for government departments to strengthen guidance and provide support.

Chairman Chang Qiancang extended a warm welcome to the research team and provided a detailed introduction to Huali's development history, current operating status, and future strategic layout. In his speech, he recalled Huali's journey from a mountain village construction team to becoming one of Anhui's top 100 private enterprises. Chang Qiancang stated that the company's development and growth are inseparable from the long-term care and strong support of national policies and party committees and governments at all levels. Facing new situations and challenges, Huali will continue to adhere to its entrepreneurial original intention and move forward steadily. He proposed that the company is currently seeking new breakthroughs and hopes to further optimize the government-enterprise linkage mechanism, continuously improve the external operating environment, solidify the domestic market foundation, actively explore new overseas market spaces, and accelerate the construction of a new development pattern under the efficient coordination of the government. At the meeting, he also engaged in candid and in-depth exchanges with the research team, focusing on common industry challenges and the company's individualized demands.
