On March 9th, Pulis Tamba, the Minister of Public Works of Liberia, visited China-Africa Huali for inspection and exchange. Accompanied by Chang Qiancang, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huali Holdings, and Hu Lvjun, the Vice President of the Construction Group, the two sides engaged in in-depth dialogues covering urban infrastructure, water conservancy and hydropower, roads and bridges, agricultural development, mining and smelting, etc., to forge a consensus on cooperation, jointly draw a blueprint for development, and take practical actions to implement the "the Belt and Road" initiative, pushing China-Liberia friendship to a new level.

Before the meeting, Pulis Tamba visited the corporate party building culture exhibition hall, where he gained a detailed understanding of Huali's core strengths in overseas project construction and operation, resource development and supporting infrastructure, as well as its deep-rooted achievements in overseas markets such as Tanzania and Zambia. He had a firsthand experience of Huali's comprehensive strength and overseas contract fulfillment capabilities as an Anhui-based construction enterprise.

At the symposium, Pulis Tamba highly praised China's achievements in infrastructure and industrial development, and emphasized his determination to deepen bilateral cooperation. He stressed that the traditional friendship between China and Liberia is deep and long-standing. During the critical period of post-war reconstruction in Liberia, China provided firm and valuable support, and this friendship is deeply engraved in the hearts of the Liberian people. He said that as an important country in West Africa, Liberia is rich in natural resources, with agriculture accounting for more than 70% of GDP. Its agricultural products such as rubber and oil palm rank among the top in Africa. The proven reserves of mineral resources such as iron ore and gold are considerable, and the potential for hydropower storage in rivers is huge. At the same time, there is an urgent need for infrastructure construction such as roads, bridges, and water conservancy facilities. These areas highly align with the business advantages of China Anhua Power, and the cooperation prospects are vast. Liberia has always cherished the friendship between China and Liberia, and is committed to learning from China's valuable experience in building world-class infrastructure and promoting high-quality industrial development. He firmly believes that both sides can use this friendship as a bond to jointly explore mutually beneficial and win-win models, create more jobs for the two countries, and promote technological progress.
