In the balmy March, youthful beauty blooms. On March 6th, the 2026 "International Women's Day" themed event of Zhong'an Huali, with the theme of "Craftsmanship Builds Beauty, Youthful Voices Resound", warmly kicked off. Gao Rong, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of Silihe Street in Luyang District, Wang Li, Chairperson of the Street Women's Federation, Liu Yanyan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Peninsula Community and Director of the Residents' Committee, and other guests were invited to attend the event. Leaders of the Holding Company's Party Committee, the Group's Party Committee, leaders of the Real Estate Group, all female employees from the headquarters, and representatives of their spouses gathered together to celebrate the 116th "International Women's Day". The event was guided by the Luyang District Women's Federation and the Silihe Street Women's Federation, hosted by the Holding Company's Party Committee and the Group's Party Committee, and organized by the Group's Women's Federation. Gu Liping, member of the Group's Party Committee, Chairperson of the Women's Federation, and Vice President, presided over the event.

At the beginning of the event, Mei Shengtao, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Construction Group, delivered a speech, extending his warm greetings to all the leaders and women attending the event on this festive occasion. He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude and high respect to the families of all employees who have long supported and cared about the development of Huali's cause. He pointed out that in the past year, facing a complex market environment and arduous transformation tasks, all Huali people have risen to the challenge and moved forward steadily. The female employees have fulfilled their duties and responsibilities in various positions, striving to be the best, and demonstrated the era style of "women are not inferior to men" through their hard work. The families have silently contributed and given their full support, serving as a strong backing for Huali people to work with peace of mind. This dedication and perseverance deserves applause. Mei Shengtao proposed that 2026 is the first year for Huali to break through the bottleneck and turn over a new leaf, and the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. The Group will take the opportunity of the release of the "Huali '15th Five-Year Plan' Development Guidelines" to adhere to the concept of high-quality development, build a new Huali management system, and strive to create a benchmark for private construction enterprises in Anhui. He hopes that all women will continue to resonate with the company, strive to be the best, and contribute their wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of Huali.

Amidst the warm applause from the audience, Chang Weiping, member of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of Huali Holding, read out the commendation document for the "Most Beautiful Supportive Partner" of Zhong'an Huali for the year 2025, and held the award ceremony.

Female employee representatives and representatives of the "Most Beautiful Wife" success stories took the stage to share their journeys of struggle and family aspirations. The Women's Federation of the Group released the 2026 annual work plan, which covers seven aspects: selecting and promoting advanced models, women's volunteer activities, quality improvement training, women's theme practices, activities deployed by superiors, health care actions, and heartwarming care and condolences. The plan clarifies the key work of the Women's Federation in the new year.

This event specially featured a "Smart Empowerment" session, where we invited senior psychologist, Teacher Linlin, to share her insights on the theme of "Elegant Body and Mind, Beautiful Mood - Color Psychology Empowers Women". Using professional knowledge and vivid examples, Teacher Linlin explained the connection between color and mindset, emotions, and shared tips on enhancing temperament and regulating emotions and body, which greatly benefited the female attendees.

At the end of the event, the "Craftsmanship" session was warmly presented. The female participants personally made aromatic traditional rouge and lipstick in the training center on the second floor, experiencing the unique charm of traditional handmade craftsmanship, relaxing their bodies and minds, and cultivating their sentiments.
