On the afternoon of March 7th, led by Zou Yunfei, Director of the Standing Committee of the Huaiyuan County People's Congress, and Zhang Mingting, Deputy County Mayor, a delegation consisting of key personnel from the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Key Projects Bureau, Education Bureau, Public Security Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau, Major Construction Office, and Huaiyuan No.1 Middle School visited the Huaiyuan No.1 Middle School new campus project undertaken by Huali for research and guidance. They also held an on-site meeting to assist the project department in solving practical difficulties.

Director Zou Yunfei and his delegation first arrived at the project construction site, listened carefully to the report on the current construction status and the 2019 construction plan presented by the project leader, Dong Zewu, and inspected the construction progress on site. Director Zou Yunfei recognized the achievements made in the project construction and emphasized that the new campus of No. 1 Middle School is a key construction project for the county, receiving high social attention. All participating units need to take the initiative and actively cooperate to jointly promote the project construction.

At the subsequent on-site meeting, Dong Zewu, the project leader, gave a detailed report on issues arising during project construction, including "land certificate processing, construction access roads, shortage of soil sources, coordination of sub-projects not covered by the contract, and civil disturbances," and put forward relevant suggestions. Deputy County Mayor Zhang Mingting assigned responsibility for each of the aforementioned issues to specific units, and all responsible units provided solutions.

Director Zou Yunfei pointed out that the purpose of holding the on-site meeting was to raise issues and solve them in a timely manner. All responsible units should implement the specific measures according to the deployment of the meeting. The county's key bureau should take the lead in establishing a coordination mechanism among project participants. Supporting projects need to be constructed simultaneously, and the construction security environment must be ensured. He also required Huali Group to accelerate the project progress while ensuring the project quality.

Dong Zewu, the project leader, stated that the visit and guidance from the county leaders had resolved specific difficulties for the project construction. This was not only a strong support for the company's project construction but also an encouragement and impetus for all project staff.
