On the morning of February 14th, the project department of the general contracting second section of the civil construction of Hefei Metro Line 4 held a post-holiday resumption of work and key work arrangement meeting for 2019, proposing four measures to quickly resume construction and production, ensuring the milestone progress and timely completion and acceptance of key projects.

First, strengthen the organization and planning for resuming work. Clearly require management personnel and operational staff to return to work on time, and organize relevant personnel to conscientiously implement the post-holiday resumption requirements issued by the construction headquarters. Actively organize preparations for labor, machinery and equipment, and materials for post-holiday resumption, break down work tasks into smaller levels, prepare a task division table, and assign specific responsibilities to individuals for each task.

Secondly, we should ensure the disclosure of construction plans. According to the overall construction schedule for 2019, we should prepare technical construction plans and special safety and quality plans in advance. After reviewing and discussing them according to the procedures, they will serve as the basis for technical disclosure, which will then be conducted to the operation teams.

Thirdly, we will carry out specialized education and training. Pre-job safety education and training, as well as "re-engagement" education, will be provided to all management personnel and operators, with a focus on construction safety technical training for key and difficult projects, critical processes, quality standards, process flows, and process organization.

Fourthly, organize various inspection tasks. Conduct special inspections on the protection of work surfaces that have been shut down and other safety facilities. Propose rectification measures for any issues identified during the inspection and carry out re-inspection and closure to ensure absolute safety for the project department's resumption of construction.

The year 2019 marks a crucial period for station and section construction. According to the overall plan for Line 4, the main structure of Fenglehe Road Station will be topped out in May 2019, and the internal structure of the main body will be completed and handed over to the decoration team by mid-August. For ancillary projects, the first ventilation pavilion will be completed by the end of May, and by the end of August, three ventilation pavilions and four entrances and exits will be finished. Construction on the right-line starting point of the Fengyu section will commence at the end of April, and the dual-line tunnel will be completed by the end of August.

In 2019, the Track Project Department will continue to focus on the "four modernizations" in carrying out relevant work and deployments, namely, quality standardization, standardized safe and civilized construction, scientific progress, and normalized air pollution prevention and control, to ensure the smooth completion of key annual tasks.
