In order to continuously accelerate the information flow within the group company and its subsidiaries, improve office efficiency, and further steer the enterprise towards standardization and modernization, on the afternoon of February 22nd, Anhui Huali Holding Co., Ltd. organized a training session on the OA integrated management information system (hereinafter referred to as the OA system) at the training center on the tenth floor. Technical personnel from Qingke Ruihua Software Co., Ltd. were invited to explain the functions of the OA system. All employees of the holding company participated in this training session.

During the publicity and implementation activity, the instructors conducted simulated demonstrations and explanations for each module, including administration, human resources, finance, investment, and financing. This allowed all participants to grasp the use of various functions of the new OA system in the shortest possible time. The attendees actively engaged in discussions and raised questions and suggestions on the spot.

Lv Tao, the HR and Administration Director of Huali Holdings, pointed out during the training that the new version of the OA system possesses the functions that an advanced office automation system in the new era should have, meeting the current development status of the enterprise. All departmental personnel should attach great importance to it. Participants should conduct comprehensive functional testing of the OA integrated management system in conjunction with their functional department work, to determine whether the processes are smooth, permissions are activated, and provide feedback on opinions and issues. They should fully promote the construction and reform of the group's information system, further enhance the planning and execution ability of employees' work, and promote more standardized, high-quality, and efficient office business.
