4月20日上午，合肥市委副书记、市长凌云到华力承建的胡大郢污水处理厂开展巡河调研活动队。副市长王民生，市政府秘书长罗平，市城乡建设局局长姚凯，包河区委书记葛锐，区委副书记、区长李命山，市排水办主任魏邦仁等有关领导陪同。国祯环保有关负责人、华力建设集团总经理王亮及项目负责人在胡大郢污水处理厂参加了调研活动并汇报了项目建设概况。胡大郢污水处理厂PPP项目位于十五里河上游、宿松路东侧，占地6.4万平米，服务面积约30平方公里，日处理污水能力10万吨，采用全地埋式设计。目前项目设计适度超前，全部建成后不仅可以增加处理能力，还可以补充十五里河上游来水，改善水质。在胡大郢污水处理厂项目现场，凌云认真听取了项目工艺流程介绍，她强调，要坚持高起点规划、高标准建设，科学设计污水处理规模，进一步减轻河流下游处理压力。在胡大郢污水处理厂入河排污口，凌云市长仔细查看水质情况，要求做好周边环境整治，增设立体绿化、垂直绿化，切实提升河流水质和河道景观。
