On April 27th, the 2018 Annual Meeting of Anhui Construction Industry Association and the Second Session of the Sixth Council were held in Hefei. Zhao Shiyun, President of the Provincial Construction Industry Association, presided over the meeting. Nearly 200 people attended the meeting, including the presidents of relevant provincial associations, vice presidents and directors of provincial construction associations, presidents and secretaries general of various city construction industry associations, and relevant responsible persons of special grade enterprises. Wang Kun, Vice President of the Provincial Construction Industry Association and Chairman of Anhui Huali Construction Group, attended the meeting and sat on the podium.

Fei Ruilin, Executive Vice President of the Association, systematically reviewed the work done by the Association in 2018 from multiple aspects, including industry research, reflecting on enterprise demands, creating a favorable external environment, promoting the spirit of Huizhou craftsmen, evaluating excellence, creating architectural masterpieces, conducting continuing education and training, and enhancing the comprehensive strength of construction enterprises. He also made arrangements for the work in 2019.

The meeting reviewed and approved proposals such as the "Selection Procedures and Methods for China Construction Engineering Luban Award, National Quality Engineering Award, and East China Quality Engineering Award" and the "Selection Plan for National Excellent Construction Enterprises, Outstanding Entrepreneurs, and Excellent Project Managers" by the Provincial Construction Association. The list of newly joined member units and the list of proposed upgraded member units were also reviewed and approved.

President Chen Xiaoyu and Director Yan Chun respectively made requirements from the aspects of leveraging the role of industry associations as a bridge and link, comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction industry, building a credit system, and implementing real name management for construction workers.

President Zhao Shiyun emphasized in his speech that the work of the association should enhance the "four consciousnesses", achieve "two safeguards", implement the new development concept, and improve the quality of industry development; Adhere to the principle of service, strengthen industry self-discipline, and promote the transformation of the business model of construction enterprises; We need to strengthen industry research, guide the direction of industry development, coordinate the use of resources and information and other production methods, utilize the work of praise awards, and strengthen project quality and safety management; Encourage innovation and creativity, improve service levels, and create a home for members.

As a vice president unit, Huali Construction Group actively participates in the work of the provincial association and has undertaken policy research activities related to the construction industry at the national and provincial levels multiple times, providing suggestions and recommendations for the industry's transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development.
