On the morning of April 13th, Wang Yanfeng and Fang Jixing, members of the national assessment team for ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages, along with a team of 8 people, conducted an on-site inspection accompanied by various leaders including Ji Xing, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Xie Zhiping, Deputy Secretary-General of the Huangshan Municipal Government, Chen Liqing, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Huangshan Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Hong Feng, Deputy County Mayor of Yixian County.

The assessment team first conducted a thorough and detailed inspection of the project files in the project department's conference room, focusing on specific content such as the organization for safeguarding migrant workers' rights, work injury insurance policies, payment vouchers for migrant workers' security deposits, rosters, labor contracts, attendance records, wage statements, bank-issued wage payment vouchers, and the opening of dedicated wage accounts.

Subsequently, the assessment team conducted random checks on several migrant workers themselves in the construction floors, specifically inquiring about their job content, wage standards, payment methods, monthly payment time, and the name of the project's labor and capital manager. They also inspected the establishment of the migrant workers' rights protection bulletin board. The inspection team had in-depth discussions with the leaders of the competent department and Wang Chengjun, the deputy general manager of Anhui Huali Construction Group, regarding the real-name management of migrant workers, the management of dedicated migrant worker wage accounts, and the monthly payment of wages. Deputy General Manager Wang Chengjun said: "Our company has always attached great importance to the payment of migrant workers' wages, resolutely implementing the real-name management system for workers, establishing a publicity system before the payment of migrant workers' wages, clarifying the responsibility of the employing entity as 'whoever employs is responsible', and ensuring the timely and full payment of migrant workers' wages through bank cards. We bear the social responsibility that enterprises should bear.".

In the recent 20 days, the projects undertaken by the company have also been recommended by the Lu'an Municipal People's Government and the Chizhou Municipal People's Government for verification by the provincial government's assessment team for ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages. Xu Shangzhen, a member of the provincial government's assessment team for ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages, affirmed the work of Anhui Huali Construction Group in ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages. He believed that the main leaders of Anhui Huali Group attached great importance to it, strengthened source governance, focused on institutional and mechanism innovation, standardized management, and achieved remarkable results.
