Recently, the construction site of the Life Harbor Center project, undertaken by Zhong'an Huali Construction Group Co., Ltd., presented a well-organized construction scene - large machinery operated in an orderly manner, construction personnel performed their duties, excavation, pile driving and other operations steadily progressed, and the project entered the stage of foundation pit construction, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.

The project is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Linquan Road and Yuwangting Road, with a total construction area of approximately 38400 square meters and a building height of 115.65 meters. It consists of two towers arranged in a staggered manner, with a dynamic and elegant shape. The total investment of the project is about 361 million yuan, and it is expected to meet the conditions for settlement in 2027. After completion, it will integrate the enterprise headquarters, research and development center, green building exhibition center, and intelligent building experience center. It will not only provide more intelligent solutions for the construction and governance of intelligent society, but also become a new engine for the integrated development of digital economy and green economy in Luyang District.

It is worth mentioning that the project will achieve organic linkage with the Luzhou Railway Line Park on the east side through the entrance square and landscape trail, creating an open building in the park. At the same time, the street retaining wall adopts vertical greening and partial hollow design, which will further enrich the visual experience of the urban interface. According to the plan, the project will also provide no less than 30% of the additional parking spaces at night for surrounding communities to share, effectively alleviating the problem of parking difficulties in the old city area.
