On the afternoon of April 17th, the "Huidong Global Anhui Enterprise Zambia Tour" docking meeting was held at the Zhong'an Huali Base located in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia. This docking meeting is organized by the Department of Commerce of Anhui Province and hosted by Zhong'an Huali Zambia Company. Che Jianjun, President of Anhui Chamber of Commerce, presided over the meeting. Zhang Yuanqin, a second level inspector of Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce, led a delegation of Anhui entrepreneurs to attend the meeting and deliver speeches. Officials from Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) were invited to attend, and some representatives of Anhui based enterprises in Zambia gathered together to exchange ideas on cooperation and development.

At the meeting, Zhang Yuanqin, a second level inspector of the Department of Commerce of Anhui Province, gave a detailed introduction to the positive achievements of Anhui Province's economic and social development in 2025. She emphasized the importance that the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Government attach to non cooperation, especially economic and trade exchanges with southern African countries such as Zambia. She also clearly stated that the "Huidong Global" overseas action will continue to provide support and service guarantees for enterprises to "go global". Subsequently, officials from the Zambia Development Agency gave a systematic explanation on the local investment environment, priority development areas, and preferential policies for foreign investment and taxation, expressing a warm welcome to Anhui enterprises investing and developing in Zambia.

During the communication session, representatives from various Chinese funded enterprises introduced their business development in Zambia and had in-depth discussions on topics such as project cooperation, resource sharing, and risk prevention in overseas operations. Hu Lvjun, Vice President of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, also briefly introduced the company's development and business development process in Zambia at the meeting, and shared relevant experience and insights based on his own overseas operation practice.

During the conference, a delegation from the Anhui Provincial Department of Commerce conducted on-site inspections and visits to the facilities and operations of Zhong'an Huali Zambia Base. They gained a detailed understanding of the company's project operations, localization development, and social responsibility fulfillment in Zambia, and affirmed the operational effectiveness.
