Recently, the construction site of the Taihu Road Campus Renovation Project of the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), undertaken by the Group, presents a bustling scene, with all construction work advancing efficiently and in an orderly manner.

Located in Baohe District, Hefei City, the project is a key initiative for USTC to optimize its school-running layout, improve infrastructure and upgrade educational facilities. The renovation covers teaching buildings, laboratory buildings, extended laboratory buildings, the comprehensive building of the information center, and buildings for the thermal energy conversion system. Up to now, the Group has smoothly completed preliminary demolition, structural reinforcement, embedded installation of partial water and electrical pipelines and other foundational works. Currently, full-scale construction is underway for interior decoration, roof renovation and supporting facility installation, with all construction procedures well-coordinated and progressing efficiently.

Rooted in the field of science and education infrastructure construction, the Group builds benchmark projects with craftsmanship and ingenuity. Over the years, it has successively undertaken key projects including the Student Apartment Project of USTC High-tech Campus and the Special Laboratory Building Project of USTC West Campus. With renewed participation in the campus construction of USTC, all builders are fully motivated and strive for perfection in construction advancement. The Group will go all out to push forward the project construction and strive for its early completion and commissioning, injecting new momentum into the development of scientific research and teaching undertakings of USTC.
