On May 16, Chang Qiancang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huali Holding Group, led a delegation to pay a courtesy visit and hold exchanges with the Northwest Branch of China Construction Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. Zheng Guanghui, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of the Northwest Branch, Zhan Guozhi, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Bao Feng, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm reception. The two sides held in‑depth discussions on overseas cooperation, industrial integration and platform development, reaching broad consensus on deepening cooperation and jointly expanding global markets.

At the forum, Zheng Guanghui welcomed the delegation from Zhong’an Huali and elaborated on the Northwest Branch’s development philosophy and business layout. He stated that adhering to the corporate philosophy of “Red Genes, Blue Power, Green Development, Golden Future”, the company has built remarkable technological advantages and project layouts in smart construction, green buildings, ecological environmental protection, urban renewal and overseas markets. He noted that Zhong’an Huali and China Construction Installation feature complementary strengths and aligned philosophies, boasting huge cooperation potential particularly in overseas markets. He looked forward to further pragmatic cooperation between the two sides to jointly tap into the Southeast Asian market.

Chang Qiancang expressed gratitude for the warm reception by China Construction Installation. He remarked that as a benchmark central state‑owned enterprise in professional sectors, China Construction Installation boasts rich experience in overseas industrial plants and new energy infrastructure, serving as a role model for Zhong’an Huali. He pointed out that Huali has developed overseas businesses since 2007, evolving from “sailing by borrowed vessels” to “building its own vessels for global expansion”. In recent years, it has successively won major projects in Guinea, Tanzania, Egypt and other countries, with its operations covering more than ten nations. He emphasized that central SOEs enjoy strengths in brand, resources and technologies, while private enterprises feature flexible and efficient decision‑making mechanisms and localized operational experience. Strategic collaboration between central SOEs and private enterprises will create a new win‑win situation in overseas markets.

Looking ahead, both sides agreed to seize strategic opportunities brought by the in‑depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative. Upholding the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, they will expand pragmatic cooperation in mechanical and electrical installation, high‑standard factories, new energy and EPC projects, jointly enhance comprehensive competitiveness in international engineering, strive to set an exemplary model for central SOEs‑private enterprises coordinated global expansion, and contribute greater efforts to high‑quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会
