Recently, Zhong'an Huali has achieved another milestone in its overseas market expansion. The company has officially secured the National Convention Center Project on KASSA Island, Guinea, and kicked off preliminary preparations. This marks a new breakthrough for the Group in Guinea’s high-end public building sector.

Boasting a prime location, the National Convention Center on KASSA Island is a key supporting public project in the region. Covering a total land area of approximately 11,000 square meters, the project mainly consists of a large convention center with a seating capacity of 1,500 people and supporting catering facilities. It also includes a full-scale renovation and upgrade of existing office buildings. Upon completion, the project will greatly improve local exhibition and convention supporting services, enhance regional capacity for government and business receptions, and boost the local opening-up as well as economic and trade exchanges.

On-site inspection of the KASSA Island Convention Center Project

During the project advancement, Zhong'an Huali completed pre-technical preparations efficiently and finished the conceptual design of the project. Our team conducted thorough on-site surveys and held in-depth discussions with Mr. Timothé and his delegation from Guinea’s Ministry of Mines. Both sides reached consensus on core matters including construction standards, work plans and progress schedules, and formally signed a framework cooperation agreement. As scheduled, comprehensive pre-construction work will be launched soon to ensure steady and efficient project delivery.

The successful implementation of this project stands as a remarkable achievement of Zhong'an Huali’s long-term commitment to the West and Central African markets, as well as its deepened cross-border government-enterprise cooperation. Going forward, the Group will press ahead with construction under stringent quality standards.
