On the afternoon of May 21, the 2026 Hefei "Anhui Women Legal Popularization Tour" public welfare lecture was successfully held at Zhong'an Huali Construction Group. Wang Li, Chairwoman of the Women's Federation of Silihe Sub-district, Luyang District, and Yan Huizi, Vice Chairwoman, attended the event. Around 50 female employees of the Group participated. The activity was presided over by Gu Liping, Vice President and Chairwoman of the Women's Federation of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group.

Song Zhijie, Vice President of Anhui People's Mediators Association and Party Branch Secretary of the Police Department of Anhui Vocational College of Police, was invited to deliver the lecture. A senior expert with years of experience in legal education, people's mediation, women's rights protection and grassroots legal publicity, Ms. Song illustrated legal rules with typical real cases. She elaborated on core topics including romantic engagement, marital validity, family dispute settlement and the latest judicial interpretations. Practical knowledge concerning marital property division, rights protection, conflict resolution and legal rights safeguarding was explained in plain terms, translating professional legal expertise into practical rights-protection skills. The lecture helped female employees clarify rights and obligations in marriage and family, and enhanced their self-protection and dispute handling capabilities.
