On the morning of April 4th, Yang Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Hefei Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, and Director of the Management Committee, led a team to conduct research at the site of the talent apartment project in the northern area of the Economic Development Zone and the reconstruction project of No. 79 Middle School (Gaoliu Middle School), both undertaken by Huali Construction Group. Wang Kun, Chairman of the Group, and Gao Ximing, General Manager of the Investment and Development Company, respectively reported on the construction progress at the project site.

    The reconstruction project of No. 79 Middle School (Gaoliu Middle School) is located in the Hefei Airport Economic Demonstration Zone. The construction content includes the demolition of the existing old campus and the construction of a new campus with a total building area of approximately 50,000 square meters. Currently, the construction work is progressing in an orderly manner and is scheduled to be completed in July 2019.

 It is reported that the original No. 79 Middle School, designed for 24 classes, cannot meet the future demand for compulsory education in the Gaoliu area. After renovation and expansion, the new No. 79 Middle School is planned to accommodate 45 classes, with a capacity of 2,250 students. Upon completion, it will effectively alleviate the current shortage of education in the local area and greatly meet the demand for educational services.

Prior to this, Yang Wei and his delegation visited and conducted research on the talent apartment project undertaken by Huali. Cao Jianfeng, Deputy General Manager of Hefei Haiheng Development Co., Ltd., and Yuan Yufeng, the project leader, also participated in the research activities. Gao Ximing, General Manager of Huali Construction Group Investment Development Company, received the research team on site and made a work report.

After being briefed on the overview, overall layout, construction progress, project management, and various measures to be taken by the project department to advance the progress of the talent apartment project, Yang Wei expressed satisfaction with the construction quality and progress. He fully affirmed the "Huali spirit" demonstrated by Huali Construction during the construction process. At the same time, he requested the project department to continuously optimize the construction organization, make scientific planning, ensure the smooth completion of the project construction goals, and strive for early commissioning, while ensuring the safety of construction quality.
