In May in Hefei, the mountains of Shu are lush and the Fei River is flowing smoothly. On the morning of the 28th, Huali Construction Group held a shield tunneling machine launching ceremony at the 4th work area of Section 2 of Hefei Metro Line 4 on the south side of Dashushan. This is a key milestone in the shield tunneling construction between Fenglehe Station and Yulan Avenue Station, following the successful completion of the main structure project of Fenglehe Road Station ahead of schedule. It is also another major event in the construction of Metro Line 4. In 5 months, two shield tunneling machines, "Ju Jin Hao" and "Kun Long Hao", will cross and excavate from Yulan Avenue Station to Fengle River Station, connecting the 1499 meter distance between the two stations and achieving the connection of Line 4 in the Fengyu section.

At the ceremony, Luo Weimin, Executive Vice President of Hefei Urban Rail Transit Association, delivered a welcome speech, Zhang Hedong, Deputy General Manager of Huali Construction Group and Deputy Commander in Chief of Metro Line 4 Section 2, made a statement, and the shield tunneling machine captain Gao Xianjun led the shield tunneling construction team to make a collective solemn declaration.
