On the afternoon of June 20th, the 6th Membership Conference, hosted by Hefei Construction Engineering Association and co organized by Huali Construction Group, was held in Hefei. Chen Chuandong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, Wang Rongcun, Chief Engineer of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, Cao Xiaohong, Deputy Director of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, and relevant leaders of the Provincial Construction Industry Association attended the meeting. Wang Kun, Chairman of Huali Construction Group, attended the meeting and took a seat on the podium, while Gu Liping, Deputy General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting.

The meeting read out the approval for the registration of the candidate for the position of Chairman of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, elected the Executive Director, President, Vice President, and Secretary General, and reviewed and confirmed the new member units. Sun Yefei was elected as the President of the 6th Council of Hefei Construction Engineering Association. Group Chairman Wang Kun was re elected as Vice President of Hefei Construction Engineering Association and Director of Construction Special Committee.

The conference commended the excellent enterprises, individual advanced enterprises and exemplary individual of the city's construction industry in 2018. Huali Construction Group was listed as one of the "Top 50 Construction Enterprises in Hefei" in 2018, and was awarded the titles of "Excellent Construction Enterprise in Hefei Construction Industry", "Advanced Enterprise in Training and Education in Hefei Construction Industry", and "Advanced Enterprise in Corporate Culture Construction in Hefei Construction Industry". The Nanyanhu National Fitness Center project, undertaken by the group, was awarded the "Advanced Construction Site for Dust Prevention and Control in the Construction Industry of Hefei City" in 2018; Block AB of Huishang Headquarters Square constructed by the contractor won the "Mount Huangshan Cup" award for construction projects in Anhui Province in 2017-2018; The 12th building of Section 2 of Yuzhou Tianxi Phase I, which was constructed, won the "Amber Cup" award for construction projects in Hefei in 2018; The intelligent assembly technology park A2 # building, the Shanghai Renjia demolition and reconstruction site neighborhood center, and buildings A and B, which were constructed, respectively won the "High Quality Structure" award for construction projects in Hefei in 2018; The newly constructed buildings such as Xuelin Garden 1 #~20 #, Hechang Wanjing 1 #~3 #, Hushang Renjia (demolition and reconstruction site) community neighborhood center, and Hefei Shanghai World Foreign Language School teaching building have been awarded the "Hefei City Construction Safety Production Standardization Site" in 2018.

Zhang Bin, Secretary of the Joint Branch of Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Association, presided over the meeting. Wang Rongcun, Chief Engineer of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, delivered the opening speech, and Dou Qinghuai, President of the 5th Council of the Municipal Construction Association, gave a work report to the Council. The report summarizes and reviews the work of the association and its specialized committees in 2018, and deploys the key work priorities for 2019. The meeting reviewed the work report of the council, financial work report, association constitution, membership fee payment management method, election method of the sixth general meeting of members, membership management method, work plan for selecting high-quality projects, high-quality structural awards, and construction safety standardization sites in the city, and proposed the establishment of the "Hefei Construction Engineering Association Full Process Engineering Consulting Professional Committee".

Chairman Wang Kun stated that being elected as the 6th Vice President and Director of the Construction Special Committee of Hefei Construction Engineering Association is a sign of trust and encouragement from the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, the Municipal Construction Engineering Association, and various construction enterprises towards Huali. Next, Huali will work together with other vice presidents and member units, under the leadership and guidance of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau and the Municipal Construction Association, to conscientiously fulfill their duties, strengthen communication and exchange, reasonably reflect demands, better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member units, strictly abide by the association's various articles of association, standardize industry order, accelerate the development and growth of construction enterprises in Hefei, and further drive the development of construction enterprises in the city and even the whole province to be better and faster.
