Recently, the third phase of the Golden South County project in Lu'an has successfully passed the completion acceptance of the Lu'an Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau. During the acceptance process, the acceptance team conducted detailed spot checks and inspections on the engineering entity, carefully listened to the completion acceptance reports of the construction unit, survey unit, design unit, supervision unit, testing unit, and construction unit, and carefully examined the engineering data. After comprehensive inspection, the acceptance team unanimously agreed that the engineering construction specifications were qualified, the physical and visual quality were good, and all kinds of test and inspection data were complete, meeting the completion acceptance conditions.

The Phase III project is the final development area of the Golden South County project, with a construction area of 100000 square meters and a total of 5 individual residential buildings. It officially started construction in 2017. Since the construction, Huali Real Estate Group has always adhered to the construction concept of "quality, efficiency, safety, and civilization", strictly controlled the construction according to the design and specification requirements, and strengthened the management of engineering safety and quality; The project department overcame difficulties such as tight deadlines and heavy tasks, researched and solved various problems encountered during the implementation of the project, strengthened supervision of project quality and safety, and successfully completed various construction tasks.

The successful completion acceptance of the third phase project has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent comprehensive inspection work.
