To promote comprehensive understanding of the group among new employees of Linquan project, better adapt to the work environment, appreciate Huali culture, streamline internal management relationships, and improve work efficiency. Recently, Huali Real Estate Group organized training on line management for the Linquan new project. The training was organized by the Comprehensive Management Center of the Real Estate Group, and all personnel of the Linquan New Project participated in the training.

The training mainly focuses on various aspects of the group's corporate culture, personnel management, salary and benefits, labor contracts, achievement sharing, employee follow-up, seals, vehicles, tangible assets, hospitality, dormitory management, etc. It interprets relevant regulations and systems and answers questions for employees on relevant regulations. The focus was on explaining the usage methods of OA processes that employees are more concerned about. Combined with practical cases, the applicable scope, standard selection, and filling norms of relevant processes were operated, which more intuitively consolidated employees' understanding of internal management of the company.
This training effectively provided employees with a more accurate and clear understanding of the group's personnel and administrative regulations, laying a solid foundation for the project's personnel and administrative work. For the new project, management training for other lines is gradually being implemented according to the plan.
