The project leader Shi Dongfeng accompanied the research.

At the project site, County Mayor Luo Shengquan listened to a report from the project manager Shi Dongfeng on the progress of the construction of the Ruyi River Water Environment Comprehensive Treatment Project. Director Lv Huipeng reported to County Mayor Luo on the preparation work for the second and third phases of the bidding, introducing that Huali is a strong private enterprise in the province, the first to be successfully promoted to a special grade qualification, and works overtime to catch up with the progress as soon as the work is done, which is done well. County Mayor Luo hopes that Huali will take root in Fengyang, actively participate in the engineering investment and construction of Fengyang County, and contribute to the creation of "innovative Huaibin and beautiful Fengyang".

The first phase of the comprehensive treatment of the Ruyi River water environment in Fengyang County is an important component of Fengyang County's efforts to build a new southern city. The western section of Fengshi Road (from Tushan Road to Zuosi Road) is approximately 3.61 kilometers long and 32 meters wide; The area of landscape greening on both sides of Zhongdu Avenue and around Hongwumen is about 56 hectares, mainly including river excavation, dam bridges, landscape greening, garden road and site paving, pipeline embedding, etc.
