On the afternoon of September 29th, the second member representative conference and election ceremony of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce in Luyang District was held in the conference room of Silihe Street. Dong Zhaokui, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Federation of Industry and Commerce in Luyang District, Ruan Rensheng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Silihe Street, Tan Yuzhong, Director of the People's Congress Working Committee, Yu Jiang, Deputy Director of the Office of the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee, Jiang Yongjun, Deputy Director of the Office of the Party Working Committee, Jin Ye, Deputy Director of the Office of the Party Working Committee, and Zhao Xuejun, Executive Deputy General Manager of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, and more than 90 members of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce, attended the conference.

        The conference first heard the work report of the first Chamber of Commerce. The report introduces the work and achievements of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce in the past five years, including the significance of its establishment, the development and growth of its members, and its activities.

     At the meeting, the "Articles of Association of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce in Luyang", the "Election Method of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce in Luyang District", and the recommended list of the President, Vice President, and Secretary General of the second Chamber of Commerce were approved through deliberation and voting. The leadership structure of the second Chamber of Commerce in Silihe Street was elected, including one President, 14 Vice Presidents, and one Secretary General. Zhao Xuejun, member of the Standing Committee of the Luyang District Political Consultative Conference and Executive Vice President of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, has been elected as the Second President of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce in Luyang District, Hefei City through the general election. Ruan Rensheng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Silihe Street in Luyang District, congratulated Comrade Zhao Xuejun on his election as the new president of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce. He hoped that under the leadership of the new leadership structure, the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce would effectively play its role, unite and serve its members, consolidate the strength of its members, innovate its work, and continuously develop and grow.

        In his speech as the elected president, Zhao Xuejun, Executive Vice President of the Group, stated that being elected as the second president of the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce in Luyang District is not only a recognition and support from the Luyang District Committee and Government, Luyang District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Silihe Street Party Working Committee and Office, as well as all member enterprises, but also an encouragement and motivation for Zhong'an Huali Construction Group. Zhao Xuejun stated that the new team shoulders a new mission. With the care and support of leaders at all levels and the trust and cooperation of all members, the new team will fulfill its duties with new thinking, new attitude, and new vitality, and strive to build the Silihe Street Chamber of Commerce into a united, pragmatic, innovative, and efficient chamber of commerce, making new contributions to the leapfrog development of the economy and society of Silihe Street!
