On the morning of October 26th, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group held the third quarter project management work meeting in Hefei. Chang Qiancang, Chairman of Huali Holdings, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting summarized and analyzed the project management work of the group in the third quarter, announced the establishment of a project management center, and deployed the key work of project management in the fourth quarter. Specific requirements are proposed for the shortcomings and weaknesses of various ongoing projects, focusing on technology, innovation, standardization, and information technology construction. The meeting requires each project department to be good at identifying and solving problems, gradually establish efficient management processes, achieve pre management and dynamic monitoring, effectively strengthen quality and technical management, and continuously improve the level of quality management.

At the meeting, the Chairman of Changqiancang analyzed the current business situation of the group and deployed the main work of the group in the current and next stages. Chairman Chang pointed out that with the country's economic development entering a new normal and economic growth slowing down, how to actively respond and adapt to the "new normal", accelerate transformation and upgrading, and optimize organizational structure has become the focus of the group's development in the face of severe market competition, truly going against the trend. The new competitive pattern of the group's main business expanding from traditional construction general contracting to engineering general contracting has basically formed. Engineering general contracting, EPC engineering, and subway engineering have become effective carriers of the group's main business strategy of "going global".

      Chairman Chang emphasized that the extensive management of the group in the past has become a bottleneck restricting its development, and it is necessary to transform towards refined management. From the perspective of corporate governance structure, it is necessary to improve the professional quality of the team, enhance team service performance, and achieve the coordinated development of the group's organizational management structure around project construction. Project management work should conscientiously implement measures to improve engineering quality and safety, enhance technological innovation capabilities, promote the application of information technology, and support the development of new construction methods such as prefabricated buildings and green construction with technological progress. We must unwaveringly promote the implementation of standardization and fully implement it in the project department. We must vigorously promote the application of the four new technologies, namely "new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment". To continue to comprehensively promote the implementation of the information platform, the project department will, under the guidance of functional departments, advance towards depth and breadth.
