The new competitive pattern of the group's main business expanding from traditional construction general contracting to engineering general contracting has basically formed. Engineering general contracting, EPC engineering, and subway engineering have become effective carriers of the group's main business strategy of "going global".

      Chairman Chang emphasized that the extensive management of the group in the past has become a bottleneck restricting its development, and it is necessary to transform towards refined management. From the perspective of corporate governance structure, it is necessary to improve the professional quality of the team, enhance team service performance, and achieve the coordinated development of the group's organizational management structure around project construction. Project management work should conscientiously implement measures to improve engineering quality and safety, enhance technological innovation capabilities, promote the application of information technology, and support the development of new construction methods such as prefabricated buildings and green construction with technological progress. We must unwaveringly promote the implementation of standardization and fully implement it in the project department. We must vigorously promote the application of the four new technologies, namely "new technologies, new processes, new materials, and new equipment". To continue to comprehensively promote the implementation of the information platform, the project department will, under the guidance of functional departments, advance towards depth and breadth.
