On the morning of November 15, 2019, Ren Zefeng, secretary of the Mount Huangshan Municipal Party Committee, accompanied by Ye Jianqiang, secretary of the Yixian County Party Committee, Ding Shili, director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and other comrades, drove to Mount Huangshan Yuting School Project, a key livelihood project undertaken by Zhong An Huali Construction Group, for investigation.

Secretary Ren inquired in detail about the progress of the project and the condition of the school facilities after completion. He emphasized that the party committee and government of the project location should serve the overall situation, maintain good construction order, ensure the smooth progress and early completion of the project, and benefit the local people. We must resolutely win the battle against poverty and continuously enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security.

Chen Bo, Deputy General Manager of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, introduced the progress of this project to the leaders and stated that they will clarify responsibilities and tasks, determine responsible personnel according to their respective division of labor, ensure the timely completion of the project, serve local economic development, and benefit the people.

Yixian Yuting School is a newly built nine-year integrated school, planned to have 12 classes in primary school and 6 classes in secondary school, which can meet the learning and living needs of 810 primary and secondary school students. The main construction contents of the school include primary school teaching buildings, teaching comprehensive buildings, secondary school teaching buildings, canteens and indoor sports fields, 250 meter plastic circular running tracks, greening, etc. The first section project of Yixian Yuting School also underwent on-site inspection by the national assessment team for ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages in April 2019. The assessment team highly affirmed the work of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group in ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages.

The heads of relevant units in Mount Huangshan City, the main leaders of the county party committee, the main heads of the county education bureau and the county housing construction bureau participated in the survey.
