On the morning of November 20th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation project of the old city of Anhui University's Longhe Campus and the construction of the Fuhong University was held at the site of the Longhe Campus project. Xu Wensheng, Director of the Reconstruction Office of Anhui University, Yao Jun, Director of the Shushan District Housing Acquisition Management Center, Zhou Yan, Secretary of the Sanlian Street Party Working Committee, Ding Hai, Director of the Sanlian Street Office, Xia Fen, Deputy Director of the Shushan District Housing Acquisition Management Center, Wang Kun, Chairman of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, He Xunfa, Former Chairman of Anhui Guoxin Construction Group, Sun Baiyou, President of Dafu Real Estate Group, Tao Lijun, Vice President of Dafu Real Estate Group, Yin Suyi, Assistant to the President of Dafu Real Estate Group, and He Jinyan, General Manager of Hongxue Education Company of Dafu Real Estate Group, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony site, bright flower columns, passionate music, neat and brand new carpets, and flags fluttering in the wind dressed up the foundation laying ceremony. Heavy construction vehicles were neatly arranged next to it. The foundation laying ceremony had not yet begun, but the venue was already crowded with guests.

The passionate war drum performance kicked off the ceremony, and Sun Baiyou, the President of Dafu Group, delivered a wonderful speech on stage, expressing good expectations and making the guests on site full of anticipation for the renovation project of the old city of Anhui University Longhe Campus and Dafu Hongxue University.

        At 9:56 am, Sun Baiyou, President of Dafu Real Estate Group, and Wang Kun, Chairman of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, jointly prayed for the finishing touch of the Golden Lion. Subsequently, the leaders and guests arrived at the foundation pit, holding a golden shovel and laying the foundation for the project. The site was filled with colorful smoke and the sound of ceremonial flowers. The foundation laying ceremony came to a successful conclusion, marking the official start of the renovation project of the old city of Anhui University Longhe Campus and the construction of the Fuhong University.

        The old city reconstruction project of Anhui University Longhe Campus, Jida Fuhong Xuefu, covers an area of 145 acres with a construction area of 340000 square meters. It plans to build 19 residential buildings, 1 commercial office building, and 1 supporting building, totaling about 2300 households. Among them, there are about 1300 sets of relocation and distribution for faculty and staff at Anhui University, and about 1000 sets of commercial housing. This project gathers high-quality resources from various aspects and is located in the core area of the bustling Sanlian area, connecting the intersection of Shushan District, government district, and old city district. The first and second sections of the project are constructed by Zhong'an Huali Construction Group. The group will adhere to high standards and strict requirements, carefully organize and scientifically construct, and build the Dafuhong Xuefu project into a model and high-quality project, creating a new coordinate for high-end residential buildings in Shushan District.
