In order to strengthen the construction of the human resources and administrative system team, enhance team cohesion and collaboration awareness, and improve work efficiency, on December 30th, organized by the Human Resources Department of Huali Holdings, and led by the Human Resources and Administration Director Lv Tao, all human resources and administrative system workers of Huali went to the Lujiang Golden Peacock Expansion Base to carry out a 2-day expansion training activity.

On November 30th, team activities were conducted through entertainment, challenging tasks, and other means. After being divided into two teams, a series of fun games such as ice breaking, hitting white bone spirits three times, breaking through lightning formations, and challenging 150 were played throughout the day to establish a harmonious team atmosphere of mutual trust. The projects in the event are challenges for everyone and the team. Everyone cheers and cheers for their teammates, encourages themselves, and feels proud and honored for the achievements of the team. Through a day of expansion activities, everyone can experience that no matter what difficulties they encounter in their future work and life, as long as they concentrate, unite and cooperate, dare to try and challenge, and forge ahead, they can overcome all unforeseeable difficulties.

On December 1st, the event was held in the form of a meeting, with the main topic being a collective review of the problems in human resources and administrative management work, and proposing corresponding requirements. During the meeting, Zhang Xin, the manager of the human resources department of the holding company, and Li Pingxin, the deputy manager of the comprehensive department, respectively elaborated and reported on the problems and loopholes found in the previous human resources and administrative work inspections, and pointed out the direction for improvement. Finally, Lv Tao made a concluding speech and shared his work experience, hoping that the attendees would do better and improve in their future work.

This expansion activity aims to strengthen the cohesion and collaboration among members of the human resources and administrative system, promote effective communication between teams, enhance friendship and trust, and encourage everyone to take responsibility and challenge themselves.
