The main construction contents of the project include the interior and exterior of the building, as well as other civil engineering works, street lamps, monitoring, replacement of indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, road and pavement demolition and construction, outdoor rainwater and sewage treatment, and public facility renovation.

The installation project of municipal water supply pipe network and basement pump room for Phase II residential buildings of Hefei Wanda, the rainwater and sewage pipe network project for Wanda City Theme Park, and the rainwater and sewage pipe network project for Wanda Wanda Mao super high-rise apartment mainly include completing the construction of rainwater and sewage drainage engineering in the community, water filling testing, municipal interface, etc., to ensure that the pipe network construction, municipal drainage interface, and formal drainage are completed before the time specified by the tenderer.
