On the morning of January 18th, the first launch ceremony of the 2020 Warm Winter Action (Season 2), sponsored by the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau and co organized by the Hefei Construction Engineering Association, was held at the construction site of the east extension project of Xiuning Road. The group has once again been awarded the title of "Outstanding Contribution Enterprise for Social Responsibility", and the "Huali New Year" will officially set sail.

At the ceremony, Yao Kai, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, delivered a speech. The attending leaders awarded plaques to 36 caring enterprises and presented honorary certificates to 23 volunteer representatives of caring car owners. At the same time, they also gave New Year gifts such as backpacks and stationery donated by caring enterprises or citizens to 17 disadvantaged families.

In order to reflect the warmth of the city, on the basis of last year, the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau has innovated the registration form and expanded the scope of activities this year. Not only can urban construction craftsmen register to take the free return bus, but the general public can also choose to join the ranks of volunteers to help urban construction craftsmen return home. Considering the impact of uncertain factors such as construction period and weather on the construction site, unifying the departure time and location may result in resource waste. In addition to the first departure ceremony, we will take into account the needs of registered workers to return home. On January 19th, 20th, and 21st, we will also provide free tickets and arrange buses to warm up the workers' journey home.
