On January 20th, the Key Engineering Construction Management Service Center of Fengyang County held a conference on 2019 work summary, 2020 work deployment, and party conduct and clean governance work. Zhong'an Huali Construction Group has been awarded the title of "Outstanding Construction Enterprise of 2019". Shi Dongfeng, the project leader of the first phase of Fengyang Ruyi River Water Environment Treatment Project, attended the meeting and made a speech for exchange.

The meeting was presided over by Ma Wenzhi, the deputy director of the center. Wu Xu, the deputy director, read out the commendation documents. Representatives of exemplary individual, advanced stock companies and outstanding construction enterprises made exchange speeches. Lv Huipeng, the director of the center, and other leaders issued medals and awards to the individuals and collectives who won the honor. The meeting summarized the work of the center in 2019 and deployed the work for the new year.

Shi Dongfeng mentioned in his speech that since the start of the construction of the first phase of the Fengyang Ruyi River Water Environment Treatment Project undertaken by the group, under the care and guidance of leaders at all levels of the Fengyang County Party Committee, County Government, and County Key Project Construction Management Service Center, and with the help and support of the group's leaders, many difficulties in project construction have been overcome. In particular, Vice Director Ma Wenzhi led a team to the site to help solve technical problems, land acquisition and waterlogging, and funding issues, making the entire project move forward in a tight and orderly manner according to plan. As of now, 35% of the total project quantity has been completed, the project has taken shape, and the annual target has been achieved.

Shi Dongfeng thanks the Fengyang County Key Engineering Construction Management Service Center for its recognition and praise of Huali Group and project construction.
