In order to thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of Anhui Province and Bozhou Municipal Party Committee and Government on the resumption of work and production of the Jiangshui North Transmission Section of the Yangtze River Huaihe River Diversion Project, as well as the instructions of the group company on epidemic prevention and control work, the project department insists on implementing the resumption of work declaration and filing system, organizing the preparation of emergency prevention and control plans and resumption of work implementation plans, coordinating and consulting with local people's governments and owners on resumption conditions and requirements, purchasing epidemic prevention materials in advance, conducting information investigation and related epidemic prevention and control work. At the same time, under the guidance of the Bozhou Municipal Government, Water Affairs Bureau, Health Department, as well as Longyang Town and the Jiangshui North Transmission Construction and Management Department of the Yinjiang Jihuai Group Company, and leaders at all levels of the group company, the project department overcame difficulties such as poor information screening and organization of labor workers, inconvenient transportation access, subsequent supplementation of epidemic prevention materials, and difficulty in purchasing living and production materials, laying a solid foundation for smooth resumption of work and production.

The project leader introduced that during the resumption of work, the project department adhered to the requirements of the superior deployment and insisted on achieving the "four in place". The responsibility has been fully implemented, and the project department has established an epidemic prevention and control office, clarified the person in charge of prevention and control, designated a prevention and control specialist, equipped with epidemic prevention masks, disinfectant alcohol, disinfectant, handheld thermometers, medical gloves and other epidemic prevention materials. Real name management is in place, conducting information checks on all construction personnel who will enter the site, implementing real name management for personnel entering and leaving the construction site, arranging dedicated personnel to strictly register the real name information and attendance of all personnel entering and leaving, and not allowing unregistered personnel to pass through. On site control is in place, organizing workers to enter the site for education and disclosure, implementing closed management of the site, setting up isolation areas and specialized boxes for mask recycling, and strictly prohibiting personnel from going out after entering the site; Daily temperature check once in the morning and once in the evening, and disinfection twice in each area; Disinfect and ventilate the construction site, office, living areas, and other personnel activity areas daily to maintain indoor air circulation; Adopting separate meals and staggered dining to reduce the risk of epidemic transmission caused by gatherings of people.
