On the morning of March 9th, accompanied by the sound of firecrackers, the first prefabricated box girder of the Red Army Bridge Vehicle Bridge Project of the Lu'an Dushan Characteristic Town PPP Project constructed by the Group Investment and Development Company slowly took off, marking the key stage of prefabricated box girder hoisting construction in the construction of the Red Army Bridge.

Prefabricated box girder hoisting construction is an important link in bridge construction and a key step in promoting the smooth delivery of the project. To ensure smooth construction, the Group Investment and Development Company strictly requires the PPP project department of Lu'an Dushan Town to carefully prepare for the box girder erection and provide sufficient guarantees in terms of machinery, materials, personnel, etc; For each process, the Group Investment and Development Company provides comprehensive and systematic training to the personnel involved in the project department, and develops detailed safety measures and emergency plans. At the same time, multiple communications and reports have been made to the Water Resources Bureau, town government, and power station to ensure that the project site has the conditions for resuming work and that the river discharge has the lifting conditions. After two days of intense and orderly construction, the 18 prefabricated box girders in the early stage of the project were successfully installed.

At present, the project has been fully resumed. In the face of the impact of the epidemic, the Group Investment and Development Company actively responded to the government's call, earnestly implemented the spirit of the holding company's Notice on Strengthening the Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic, supervised the Project Department to strictly implement epidemic prevention work, strengthened self inspection and self correction of potential safety hazards, optimized the construction management system, accelerated the progress of the project, and ensured that before the arrival of the flood season, all box girders were hoisted and the project was completed on time and delivered to the construction unit smoothly.

The Red Army Bridge of Lu'an Dushan Special Town PPP Project has a total length of about 600 meters, with 4 lanes in both directions and 48 prefabricated box girders; To the north is the Dushan Red Army Avenue, and to the south is the completed project of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group - Chagu Avenue, spanning the Xipi River. After the project is delivered for use, it can further improve the regional road network of Lu'an City, enhance the economic connections between the north and south banks of Xipi River, and effectively promote the urban construction and economic development of Lu'an City.
