On the morning of March 18th, a research team consisting of 9 people, including the Cost Management Department, Material and Equipment Department, Material and Machinery Department, and Project Manager of China Railway Fourth Bureau, led by Kang Zhitian, the Director of the Cost Management Department of China Railway Fourth Bureau, made a special trip to the site of the Hefei Metro Line 4 Section 2 project undertaken by the group for inspection and exchange. Wang Kun, Chairman of Zhong'an Huali Construction Group, Zhao Xuejun, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Market Operation Center, Zhang Hedong, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Urban Construction Division, as well as project management personnel, had extensive and in-depth exchanges with the research group.

During the inspection and exchange, Minister Kang Zhitian first stated that this research was commissioned by Liu Bo, the director and deputy general manager (in charge of the management work) of China Railway Fourth Bureau, and gave a special introduction on the main purpose and content of this inspection and research. Minister Kang Zhitian further stated that although our two companies have different natures and business models, they both undertake subway livelihood projects and have their own experiences and methods in project construction and team management, which are worth learning and referencing from each other.

Vice General Manager Zhao Xuejun welcomed the visit of the research team and briefly introduced the development history, business philosophy, excellent projects, honors and corporate culture of the group. He also made an exchange speech on the main practices of the group in subway project bidding and management planning. Vice General Manager Zhang Hedong focused on reporting and exchanging experiences and practices related to the organizational structure, management mode, and personnel allocation standards of the project department, resource allocation and cost control of the project department, as well as team assessment and incentive mechanisms, and labor team management.

After listening to the above introduction, the research team of China Railway Fourth Bureau affirmed the achievements made in the management and construction of the group's subway projects. Subsequently, both parties also conducted group discussions and exchanges specifically on project cost management, personnel team building, risk prevention and control, and other aspects.

During this period, Chairman Wang Kun expressed his sincere gratitude to the 9 heavyweight experts and leaders from the industry who led the research team of China Railway Fourth Bureau and provided guidance at the construction site during the epidemic. Wang Kun stated that this is a great encouragement and motivation for Huali. Through this inspection and exchange, Huali can learn from the good experiences and practices of China's "iron boss" up close, and effectively help us improve our business level. Chairman Wang Kun continued to say that as a private construction enterprise in Anhui Province, Zhong'an Huali Construction Group can participate in the construction of Hefei Metro Line 4 in the form of a consortium, thanks to the favorable policies issued by the provincial and municipal governments to care for and support the development of private enterprises, and to the trust and support of China Railway Third Bureau. During the project construction process, leaders at all levels have repeatedly visited the front line of the project to inspect and guide work, helping to solve practical difficulties. It is under the strong guidance of the Municipal Rail Transit Office, supervision units, various levels of competent departments, and China Railway Third Bureau that we can achieve scientific management, orderly organization, overcome technical difficulties, smoothly advance project construction, and successfully complete construction tasks at various nodes.

Finally, Chairman Wang Kun once again thanks Director Liu for sending expert leaders to the project site to pass on knowledge and provide a face-to-face learning opportunity for Huali Group, a private enterprise.
