The Linquan County Citizen Center Project is a key PPP project undertaken by Zhong'an Huali Construction Group as a consortium in Linquan County and constructed by the group's investment and development company. This project is the first PPP project implemented in Linquan County and has been selected as the third batch of PPP demonstration projects in the country. It has also been awarded the title of Anhui Province Green Building Demonstration Project. Since its construction began in 2016, it has attracted attention from all sectors of society. After more than three years of intense construction, the overall project of the "Five Pavilions and One Center" has been basically completed and will soon be opened one after another.

According to the project leader, the main structures of each venue have been completed, and outdoor green paving, central square, music fountain, etc. are in the final and debugging stage. The public areas are planned to open to the public on May 1st; The archives, library, senior activity center, and small theater are undergoing fine decoration construction and are expected to be handed over and put into use by the end of June; The planning museum, science museum, and museum are currently undergoing indoor exhibition construction, and are expected to complete the exhibition work by the end of July and open to the public in August.

The Linquan County Citizen Center project is located on the south side of Yingbin Avenue and the east side of Guangming Road. It consists of a planning museum, a science museum, a museum, an archive, a library, a senior activity center, and ancillary supporting projects; The municipal road project includes the Port South Road road project and the Baigou West Road road project. The completion of this project not only adds a new landmark building to Linquan County and greatly enhances the city's image, but also has important significance in improving urban functions, enhancing overall competitiveness, and meeting the growing material and cultural needs of the people.

The Linquan County Citizen Center is another deepening cooperation between the group and Linquan County, demonstrating the group's good corporate reputation, industry experience, and technical strength.
