From January 25th to 27th, Albania's Ambassador to China, Riza Poda, led a delegation to visit Zhong'an Huali for inspection and held discussions and exchanges at the Huali Technology and Operations Center International Cultural Exchange Center. Accompanied by Chang Qiancang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huali Holdings, Mei Shengtao, Chairman of Huali Construction, Hu Lujun, Vice President, and relevant leaders, the two sides conducted in-depth consultations on the potential and implementation path of cooperation in core areas such as construction, energy, and transportation.

At the beginning of the exchange event, Hu Lujun, Vice President of Construction Group, and Gu Liping successively introduced the attendees and the core business of the enterprise. Through promotional videos and PPTs, they highlighted the core advantages of the group in prefabricated building technology, standardized operation of overseas projects, as well as its deep cultivation achievements in overseas markets such as Zambia and Angola.

Ambassador Riza Boda emphasized that Albania has a superior geographical location and vast opportunities in the fields of energy and infrastructure. Currently, Albania is making every effort to promote infrastructure modernization, especially the urgent need for the renovation of old infrastructure in Albania. A large number of over aged buildings in the area urgently need modernization and upgrading, providing a high-quality cooperation platform for Chinese enterprises. There is significant room for cooperation in areas such as construction, energy development, and transportation construction. We always cherish the traditional friendship between China and Arab countries, and are committed to learning from China's valuable experience in building world-class infrastructure. We firmly believe that both sides can use this friendship as a bond to explore mutually beneficial and win-win models, create more job opportunities for the two countries, promote technological progress, and jointly build a sustainable future. Ambassador Riza Boda highly affirmed China's infrastructure achievements and reiterated the determination to deepen bilateral cooperation.
