Recently, construction officially kicked off for LuZhou YiKu Phase II, a key old town renewal project in Hefei, undertaken by Zhong'an Huali Group.

Located at the southwest corner of the intersection of North Second Ring Road and Hewa Road in Luyang District, the project involves a total investment of approximately 237 million yuan and a total construction area of around 48,000 square meters. Its construction scope includes commercial and office towers, standalone commercial office buildings, cultural and sports activity stations as well as various supporting facilities. As a major initiative of Luyang District’s old town renovation that adopts the combined approach of preservation, renovation and demolition while inheriting local industrial culture, Phase II will form functional synergy with Phase I (South Yard) and LuZhou Banli Lane, which opened to operation in November 2025. A differentiated development pattern featuring industrial expansion in the North Yard and vibrant consumption in the South Yard will be built. The project will mainly introduce industries such as digital cultural and creative sectors, technological R&D and headquarters offices, striving to build a demonstration park integrating culture, technology and industry.

During construction, the project team of Zhong'an Huali will fully comply with green building standards, allocate high-quality resources in a coordinated manner, refine construction schedules, rigorously control project quality and tighten work safety management to ensure efficient progress of the project.
