The Fenglehe Road Station successfully completed its production plan for January 2019, and the project department promptly convened a production analysis meeting and a work scheduling analysis meeting. As the Spring Festival approaches, migrant workers are eager to return home, leading to widespread labor and employment shortages in the construction industry. The project department planned ahead for the finalization tasks before the holiday, systematically reviewing the remaining work surfaces one by one.

The Party branch of the 2nd bid section of Line 4 fully leveraged the exemplary vanguard role of Communist Party members, organizing comrades to go deep into the front line and complete the cleaning of station grounds, washing of fences, and repair of diversion roads before the arrival of rain and snow.

Warmly care for migrant workers, and solidly maintain stability to promote harmony. Migrant workers' wages have always been a hot topic of concern for all sectors of society. The project department strictly manages all participating teams through three-level education and real-name management. According to relevant requirements, a special account for migrant workers' wages is established, and project labor costs and safe and civilized construction costs are used for specific purposes only. The project department strictly controls all subcontracting teams, adopts real-name payment for migrant workers' wages, and keeps records for future reference. This has eliminated wage arrears and mass incidents involving migrant workers from the source.

Dedicating oneself to production with diligence, one is delighted to receive honors and write a new chapter. On January 26, 2019, at 14:00, the 2018 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference of Hefei Urban Rail Transit Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the multi-functional hall on the first floor of the Zhujiang Road vehicle depot of the Operation Branch. The general contracting section 2 of the civil construction of Hefei Metro Line 4, undertaken by Anhui Huali Construction Group Co., Ltd., was awarded the title of "Excellent Construction Project Department of 2018"; Comrade Zhang Hedong, the deputy chief commander, was recognized as the "Exemplary Individual" of Hefei Metro Engineering in 2018.

On the morning of January 31st, the "Hundred-Day Assault" action summary and commendation conference was held at Hefei Urban Rail Transit Co., Ltd. Guided by the spirit of HCGJ [2018] No. 45 document, the action covered various aspects such as construction project safety, quality, civilized construction, and air pollution prevention and control. Comrade Wan Xiangyang from our project department was awarded the title of "Exemplary Individual" for the "Hundred-Day Assault" action in the ongoing Hefei urban rail transit projects in 2018.
