On the morning of February 14th, Huali Holdings held a post-Spring Festival New Year gathering on the tenth floor of the building. Chairman Chang Qiancang, Vice Chairmen Wang Kun, Liu Jin, and Mei Shengtao, the group's party secretary, the general manager of the holding company, deputy general managers, supervisors, and the chief financial officer, as well as general managers, deputy general managers, chief engineers, and chief financial officers of various sector companies, and other senior executives attended the meeting.

At the team gathering, the participants reported their work ideas and specific measures for the new year, focusing on the main strategy of the group and their respective responsibilities. They also put forward many suggestions for the development of the group. By holding the team gathering, they further consolidated their consensus, strengthened their confidence, and clarified their goals.
In his concluding speech, Chairman Chang Qiancang pointed out that over the past year, through the joint efforts of all Huali people, the group has achieved new development and progress, with remarkable performance in various work areas. In the new year, we must continue to maintain and strive. To achieve the work objectives for the new year, we must first change our mindset and further promote the transformation from boss-style management to team management. The chairmen and general managers of each major sector should effectively enhance their leadership and control abilities, dare to make changes, reform themselves, show their abilities, and build their teams. Secondly, we must improve the incentive mechanism. Human resources should focus on the work related to "people", vigorously introduce outstanding talents, play the role of supervision and assessment, and improve the performance appraisal system. We must strengthen internal management within the enterprise, regularly hold ideological meetings, management reports, etc., identify gaps, clarify ideas, and determine measures. Thirdly, we must leverage the leading role of corporate culture. We should use the correct corporate culture as a guide to lead the development of the enterprise. Senior executives at all levels should act as professional managers, effectively improve their execution abilities, set examples to influence others, cultivate excellent managers who are recognized internally and praised externally, and work together to achieve higher-quality development through transformation and innovation for Huali.
