During the Spring Festival, the meticulously decorated marketing center remained open, bustling with activity. Property consultants remained at the forefront of sales, continuing to work diligently to provide attentive and professional services to customers visiting during the holiday. They produced special promotional leaflets for returning home buyers, and these hardworking bees distributed them daily in areas with high pedestrian traffic in urban and rural areas, often in conjunction with bus stations, to highlight promotional information, attract target customers, and provide attentive services, including picking up and dropping off customers who came to view properties. In their promotional efforts, the project used a warm theme to bridge the psychological gap with customers, earned recognition with its high quality, and facilitated transactions with exceptional special offers.

The architecture harmoniously blends with nature. Located at the intersection of Shuimentang Road and Ankang Road in Huoqiu, the project comprises 11 individual buildings, all of which are small high-rise structures, with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters.
