On the afternoon of March 12th, organized by the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, reporters from over 20 mainstream media outlets, including the Hefei TV station's "CCTV News" program, Hefei Radio Station, "Jianghuai Morning News", "Hefei Daily", Hefei Online, Zhong'an Online, Anhui Financial Network, "Metro News", and Wanji Hotline, gathered at the Nanyan Lake National Fitness Center project, a key livelihood project in Hefei, for a group interview. The heads of the Municipal Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, the Key Projects Bureau of the Economic Development Zone, and the project supervision unit, as well as Wang Liang, General Manager of Huali Construction Group, Du Rongping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, and Wang Aichao, head of the Group's Work Management Department and Project Department, accepted the group interview at the project site.

The reporter and his team listened carefully to the project technical personnel's report on the project overview, construction progress, and other relevant information. They inquired about the key and difficult issues in project construction, construction milestones, and the time for later commissioning. In an interview with a television station, General Manager Wang Liang pointed out that the Nanyan Lake National Fitness Center project is a major livelihood project in Hefei, which has always been a focus of attention for Hefei citizens. The project, including the construction of a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, comprehensive hall, supporting service building, and underground garage, is undertaken by Huali Construction Group. Since the commencement of construction, the group has strictly implemented the requirements of the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for Building Six Mechanisms to Strengthen Safety Production Risk Control in the Construction Field of the City" issued by the Municipal Construction Bureau, improved mechanisms, and implemented them one by one. During the construction, the project implemented a smart site management and control system, set up a BIM+VR experience hall, and installed cameras on site such as tower cranes to timely understand and control the overall situation of on-site construction. Using the platform of the management and control system, various safety and quality conditions were reflected in a timely manner. At the same time, the project department also actively promoted the use of QR codes, assigned responsible persons to each implementation area, clarified management and control requirements, established a management and control responsibility system, and implemented orderly on-site management.

The Nanyan Lake National Fitness Center is a venue-type project with strong sports professionalism in design drawings. The amount of detailed design schemes for sports-specific projects is large, with a wide distribution of high-formwork areas with large spans, and the highest scaffolding reaches 13.6 meters high. At the initial stage of implementation, the project department promptly prepared a construction plan for the erection of high-formwork scaffolding based on the characteristics of each individual structure, organized experts to conduct a demonstration, strictly followed the plan during the construction process, ensured proper disclosure before erection, conducted tracking inspections during the erection process, and timely carried out tagging and acceptance after erection.

This project involves a significant amount of steel structure, particularly in the comprehensive gymnasium and basketball gymnasium sections, which feature irregular lattice columns and heavy-load steel beams. The hoisting and steel bar binding processes are quite challenging, with the maximum span reaching 36 meters and a single component weighing nearly 30 tons. Prior to implementation, the project department organized multiple scheme reviews and adjustments to optimize the best construction plan. A 500-ton oversized crane was used for hoisting, which demands a high level of technical expertise and construction capability from the construction enterprise. This project is one of the key projects for Anhui Huali to implement its quality strategy and win the annual Luban Prize. Huali people are confident in building the National Fitness Center into a high-quality project that the citizens can trust.

The Nanyan Lake National Fitness Project is located on the southwest side of Nanyan Lake Park in Hefei, with a total construction area of approximately 80,000 square meters. Currently, all individual buildings under construction have completed their milestones. The project department will seize the current sunny weather to accelerate the construction progress, and make all necessary preparations and create the best conditions for the starting gun ceremony of the Nanyan Lake Round-the-Lake Run event to be held at the outdoor football field of this project in celebration of this year's National Day.
