Recently, Suzhou TV station reported on the construction of the Shuian Xincheng residential area project undertaken by Huali Construction Group. The Shuian Xincheng residential area project in Suzhou is the first PC (Procurement and Construction Integration) project in Suzhou. Located on the south side of Tuohe Road and the east side of Jintai Road in the Suzhou Economic Development Zone, it is one of the key affordable housing projects in Suzhou. The project cost approximately 600 million yuan, covering a total area of about 168 acres, with a total construction area of approximately 273,000 square meters, including about 209,000 square meters of aboveground construction area and about 64,000 square meters of underground construction area. It comprises 15 high-rise residential buildings, as well as underground parking garages, health service stations, cultural activity squares, kindergartens, community supermarkets, and other basic supporting facilities. Since the project began in December 2017, the project department has overcome various difficulties. Currently, 9 buildings have reached their structural completion, and it is expected that all will be completed by May this year.
