On the afternoon of March 24th, the inspection team for migrant worker wage payment assessment, led by the Anhui Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, arrived at the Shucheng Yishu project site, which is being constructed by Huali Construction Group, to conduct an on-site inspection of migrant worker wage payment. Wang Liang, the general manager of the company, Wang Chengjun, the deputy general manager, and relevant project department leaders reported on the progress of this work at the project site.

The inspection was conducted to implement the spirit of the document titled "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province on Carrying out the Assessment Work of Guaranteeing the Payment of Migrant Workers' Wages in 2018" (Wan Zheng Ban Ming Dian [2019] No. 6). Led by a delegation of leaders, including Xu Shangzhen, Director of the Law Enforcement Bureau of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Ding Ming, Deputy Researcher of the Legal Aid Center of the Provincial Department of Justice, Qian Daxing, Deputy Secretary-General of the Lu'an Municipal People's Government, Wang Yongfeng, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Lu'an Municipal Committee and Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Yang Zhen, Deputy Director of the Lu'an Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Xu Dexiang, Head of the Lu'an Labor Security Supervision Detachment, Zhang Xiuping, Deputy Secretary of the Shucheng County Committee and County Mayor, Wang Wanxi, Deputy Secretary of the County Committee and Director of the Organization Department, as well as Wang Chengbin, Director of the Shucheng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Fang Yuedong, Deputy Director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, they inquired about and inspected the implementation of migrant workers' wage payment management at the Yishu project site.

The Shucheng Yishu project is located at the intersection of Taoxi East Road and Longmian Road in Shucheng County, with a total construction area of approximately 120,000 square meters, including an underground parking garage covering an area of about 25,000 square meters. There are a total of 13 main buildings, all of which are of frame-shear wall structure. The project commenced in August 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in January 2020. It is organized and implemented by Wende Shencheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., contracted by Anhui Huali Construction Group Co., Ltd., and supervised by Shucheng County Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd.

In his report, General Manager Wang Liang mentioned that since the commencement of the project, we have attached great importance to the management of migrant workers' wage payment. We have established a leading group for labor employment and migrant workers' wage payment management, appointed labor and capital special administrators, established various systems for migrant workers' wage payment management, signed labor contracts with migrant workers, implemented real-name employment management, established a real-name management ledger for project labor employment, set up a publicity board for migrant workers' wage payment at a prominent location on the construction site for public notice, and paid migrant workers' wages monthly through the Agricultural Bank of China's migrant workers' wage one-card account. At the same time, we have set up a notice board for migrant workers' rights protection at the construction site and adopted a series of effective measures to ensure that the payment of migrant workers' wages is open, transparent, standardized, orderly, and effective.
